I’m an award-winning Professor of Customer Experience Management at KU Leuven. I am on a mission to make the world a better place for customers — by helping organizations design experiences that create lasting value.
I published in leading academic journals, co-founded KALEPA – a KU Leuven spin-off, and regularly deliver international keynotes. I am also involved in executive education at the Danish University of Technology (DTU) in Copenhagen, and teach a Marketing Basics course to the social profit sector.

Drawing on both my academic and practical expertise in customer experience, service management, and marketing strategy, I deliver high-impact keynotes that bridge rigorous research with real-world leadership challenges.
I challenge conventional thinking and equip audiences with clear, evidence-based insights they can act on immediately. From global conferences to executive boardrooms, my keynotes are typically described as being sharp, energizing and relevant.

“A keynote by Yves is down-to-earth, to the point, and firmly grounded in scientific research. A clear and compelling story that effortlessly connects theory with practice. Inspiring, sharp, and immediately actionable. In short, the perfect keynote: One that not only makes you think, but also moves you to act.“
– Sandra Rens, Managing Director, Customer Contact & CX Forum
I advise small, medium, and large organizations on building strong brands and customer experiences as the foundation of long-term success. I help executives and managers move beyond short-term actions toward more long-term value creation.
To do so, I not only rely on my strong academic background, but also on my extensive expertise in working with organizations across various sectors.
